Terms of Service

Welcome to AirtoSim. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AirtoSim website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by AirtoSim ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service description

AirtoSim is a digital service that enables individuals and businesses to send mobile airtime top-ups, mobile data bundles and eSIM activations to phone numbers in supported countries worldwide. We act as an intermediary between you (the sender) and the destination mobile network operators.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

3. Pricing & payments

Prices displayed include the cost of the top-up, applicable taxes and our service margin. Exchange rates and operator pricing fluctuate, so the delivered amount in the recipient's local currency is shown at checkout and is what we commit to deliver, subject to operator availability.

Payment is collected at the time of order via the payment methods we accept (credit/debit card, PayPal, mobile money, etc.). Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant third parties; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

4. Delivery & refunds

Top-ups are typically delivered within seconds, but delivery times depend on destination operators. If a transaction fails for technical reasons (operator unavailability, invalid number, insufficient provider balance), we will automatically refund your AirtoSim balance. Refunds for completed transactions can only be requested in case of demonstrable error and are reviewed case-by-case.

We do not refund transactions where the recipient has received the top-up correctly, even if the sender changes their mind.

5. User obligations

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send top-ups using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods
• Engage in money laundering, terrorism financing or any illegal activity
• Resell our service without prior written authorization
• Reverse engineer, scrape or attempt to compromise the Service
• Send unsolicited communications to recipients

6. Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or if required by law enforcement or applicable regulation. We will notify you when legally permissible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirtoSim is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the amount of that transaction.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Operators may experience outages outside our control. We are not responsible for fees charged by the recipient's mobile operator (e.g. activation fees, validity rules) beyond what is disclosed at checkout.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the AirtoSim Service — branding, logos, text, code, design — is owned by AirtoSim or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our explicit permission.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is critical to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law
